3. Login to SCH

-Telephone Number:

This is the Telephone Number given to the study staff when you signed up. You can download the app on any phone or tablet, but you will need to enter the phone number you signed up with as your username.

-Pin Code:

This is the 4-digit PIN that you were given by the study staff. If you have forgotten this number, please contact the study staff by calling the number you were given when you signed up, or use the link at the bottom of the page to send us an email.

4. Select Daily Interaction and answer all the questions by selecting the answer that most closely reflects how you are feeling for each question.

Note: The free SCH app is available on either an iOS device (iPhone/iPad) or on an Android device. To access the app, you will need to install the app from either the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store. Go to the App Instructions for more details.
